There is no minimum order. We sell single IBCs to individual buyers, small batches to local businesses, and full truckloads (20 units) to industrial customers. Whether you need one tote for a home rain barrel project or 100 for a manufacturing line, we are happy to help. Volume discounts begin at 10 units.

Absolutely. We encourage every customer to inspect their IBCs before purchase. Visit our Broadway St NE location during business hours and we will walk you through the available inventory. You can examine the bottle, cage, valve, pallet, and labeling on every unit. For remote customers, we provide detailed photographs and honest condition descriptions upon request.

Every IBC sold by IBC Minneapolis comes with a leak-free guarantee. If an IBC leaks within a reasonable period after purchase under normal use conditions, we will replace it or refund your money. Reconditioned IBCs carry an additional warranty on the new bottle and valve. Used IBCs are sold as-is in terms of cosmetic condition, but we stand behind the structural integrity and functionality of every unit we sell.

We accept cash, company checks, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and wire transfers for large orders. For established business customers with a completed credit application, we offer Net 30 payment terms. Prepayment is required for first-time orders and all delivery orders.

For pickup orders, most standard inventory is available same-day or next business day. For delivery within the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro, typical lead time is 2 to 5 business days. For regional Minnesota and surrounding states, allow 3 to 7 business days. Nationwide freight shipments take 5 to 10 business days. Rush delivery is available for urgent needs; contact us to discuss expedited options.

Yes. If an IBC does not meet the condition described at the time of sale, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The IBC must be returned in the same condition it was received (unfilled, no modifications). For pickup orders, bring the IBC back to our Broadway St NE location. For delivered orders, we will arrange return pickup. Restocking fees do not apply to defective or misrepresented products.

Yes, IBC Minneapolis buys used IBCs in all conditions. We purchase clean, single-use food-grade totes at premium prices, standard industrial IBCs at fair market rates, and even damaged IBCs for recycling and parts recovery. If you have surplus IBCs from a completed project or generate empties as part of your operations, contact us with the quantity, approximate condition, and previous contents. We provide quotes quickly and can arrange pickup from your location.

Yes. We stock a range of IBC accessories including replacement 2-inch and 3-inch butterfly valves, ball valves, fill caps and gaskets, garden hose adapters, camlock fittings, S60x6 thread adapters, dust caps, and IBC liners. If you need a specific fitting or adapter, let us know and we can typically source it within a few days. Accessories can be purchased separately or bundled with your IBC order.
