Privacy Policy

IBC Minneapolis runs the website ibcminneapolis.com. It is a referral service: it does not sell, store, clean, or transport IBC totes itself. When you send a quote request, it is passed to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare the quote and do the work. This policy explains what the site collects and what happens to it.

1. What the Quote Form Collects

When you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter:

• First and last name
• Email address and phone number
• Company name (optional)
• Street address (optional), city, state or province, and ZIP or postal code
• What you need: product type, grade, quantity, service, and timeframe
• Anything you write in the message field
• Whether you agreed to text messages about your request

The form also records the page you sent it from and, when present, the campaign tags in the link that brought you to the site (such as utm_source), so we know which pages produce requests.

2. How Your Request Is Used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which routes it to partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. A partner supplier that receives your request uses your details to quote, schedule, and carry out the job, under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your information and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

3. Text Messages

The form has an optional box to agree to text messages about your request. If you tick it, a partner supplier may text you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of getting a quote.

4. Analytics and Cookies

The site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see which pages are used. For visitors in Europe and for browsers that send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics runs in cookieless mode and stores nothing on your device. The site sets no advertising cookies and does not use session recording.

5. Service Providers

The site is hosted by Vercel, and quote requests are processed by the 1DB lead platform. These providers handle data only to run the site and deliver your request.

6. Retention

Quote requests are kept for up to three years after your last request so we can handle follow-ups and keep records, then deleted or anonymized. Partner suppliers that received your request keep their own records under their own policies. You can ask us to delete your request sooner.

7. Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Send the request through the quote form on the contact page and say what you want done. Partner suppliers that already received your request may need to be asked separately; we will tell you which ones received it.

8. Children

The site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
